Currently seeking new volunteer stewards
Are you fascinated by Bradford’s history and enjoy meeting people? Why not share your passion with others and join our team of volunteer stewards who ensure that Bradford on Avon’s Museum is open to the public as often as possible.
Bradford on Avon Museum is a wonderful, small museum, telling the story of Bradford on Avon and the surrounding villages. We are entirely volunteer-run, but thanks to our fantastic volunteers, we are open five days a week from mid-January to the end of November, welcoming thousands of visitors, including the many tourists who visit the town from all over the world.
Our volunteer team is currently seeking new volunteer stewards to help us run our museum; welcoming visitors and helping them to make the most of their visit to the museum.
Stewarding is really flexible – you don’t have to do a regular slot – just sign up for when you are available. Full training is given and it’s a lovely way to spend a few hours meeting visitors to the town.
