Due to unforeseen circumstances we have a change of topic and speaker for our Discussion Group meeting on Wednesday 5th February, which will now be:

Rob has kindly agreed to step in at the last minute and lead this session on field name research. We will reschedule the session on ‘My Military Ancestors’ with Jonathan Falconer for later this year.
Refreshments will be served.
These Museum Discussion Group sessions are FREE to members. You don’t need to book or attend all the sessions – just turn up.
Topics for later in 2014 will be announced nearer the time in the Members’ “What’s On” leaflet and the Museum newsletter, as well as being posted here on the website and on our Facebook page.
If you are not a member you are very welcome to come along to one of these sessions to try it out – it’s a good opportunity to find out more about all the Museum’s activities.
