Lecture – News from the frontier: recent work on Hadrian’s Wall with Mark Corney

Announcing Bradford on Avon Museum Autumn lecture ‘News from the frontier: recent work on Hadrian’s Wall‘ with Time Team regular, Mark Corney.  The lecture starts at 7.30pm, with the bar available from 7pm (doors open at 7pm).  Mark was Project Director of the Bradford on Avon Roman villa excavations during 2002-4. He was a Senior Landscape Investigator with the Royal Commission for Historic Monuments and now works as an expert guide with several prestigious historical study tour companies, including Andante Tours. Mark is a superb speaker and we hope you can join us for what promises to be an entertaining and fascinating evening.
